Dalton Direct Carpets and Flooring have been in business for over 49 years proudly serving the tri-cities area along with other surrounding areas in providing exceptional experience, quality, service and price to many customers over the years.

Ken Daffron moved to Kingsport, TN from Dalton, GA to establish a new flooring business with his wife Gayle and his son Mike in hopes of bringing a new small business to Kingsport’s already thriving area. Like most businesses when they first start there are many obstacles to overcome. But with strength and determination, Ken and his family have made it for almost 50 years. Still hoping there are more years to come.
